Why is my ex-girlfriend calling me? I broke up with my ex girlfriend and now we are not even friends because she is seeing someone else. She recently called me on my cell phone as a restricted call. Why?

She called you because she obviously misses you. It does not matter that she is with someone else she does not want to let you go. Unfortunately you need to let it go and move on. She has her own issues and you should not invest your time and effort into her since you are not together and she has someone else. Let it go and be the bigger person. Do you really care why she contacted you?
