I have been faithfully married for almost 17 years, but last night I kissed another man. I don’t know where to go for help since I cannot tell anyone. I guess the question is…should I tell my husband or would it cause more problems??

Why did you? What were the circumstances? If you did this at a moment of weakness and did nothing else and don’t intend to do anything else, leave it alone. It’s your intentions that are important. Examine your reasons for putting yourself in the position to kiss another man and in so doing you may uncover problems in your relationship with your husband. Don’t beat yourself over it, but use it as a catalyst to examine your marriage.
