My boyfriend goes out to party every Friday night while I am working, I get done at 1:30am and he doesn’t get home until 2:30am and is always wasted. All I ask of him is to be home when I get home! Is this asking too much? Why won’t he stop when he knows it hurts me?

He might not feel how much it hurts you. Explain to him how you feel. If he continues then there must be some consequences to his behavior. What those are is up to you, but be sure to follow up and carry out whatever those consequences are.
