He claims he loves me but has a girlfriend! My boyfriend and I dated for 18 months. We were very much in love. Then for no reason he freaked out and broke up with me. He has continued to call me almost everyday since then. He also comes to see me frequently and tell me he loves me. The thing is I just found out he has been dating someone else! He says that it is not love with her. I told to him to quit calling me and he cried. I love him so much, I don’t know what to do.
This guy comes across as very unstable. If he loves you and not the other girl why doesn’t he leave her and be with you? How long you hold a candle for him is your business, but his behavior indicates, at least from what you’ve said, that all he’s giving you is lip service. Tell him that when he’s ready to do more than talk and cry to give you a call.
