Boyfriend Says He Is Not Good Enough

My boyfriend says he is not good enough for me and thinks I would be better off with someone else, what does this mean?

It simply means he is not happy with himself. If he was secure with himself he would know you are good enough for him and he wouldn’t even have to think twice about it. People with low self esteem can be challenging to deal with in a relationship. A person needs to first be happy with themselves before they can look for someone else to make them happy. He needs to work on him and hopefully it will help your relationship.

He could also be trying to break up with you in a nice way. The old “it’s not you, it’s me”
