Toilet Seat Up?

Most women will disagree with me on this point, but that is them ignoring the facts and being lazy.

Now I am going to look at this from an equal rights standpoint, women are always complaining to me that they don’t get treated as equals to men. Well here is your opportunity to get a fair deal ladies. The scenario:

The Way It Is Now (guys always put the toilet seat down)

Joe Average walks into the bathroom to take a leak. He lifts the toilet seat up. Does his business, and then puts it back down.

Total work done is 2 (lift up, put back down).

Jane Average walks into the bathroom to take a leak. She does her business and that’s it.

Total work done is 0

The Way It Should Be (do your own work)

Joe Average walks into the bathroom to take a leak. He lifts the toilet seat up. Does his business and leaves.

Total work done is 1 (lift up)

Jane Average walks into the bathroom to take a leak. She puts the toilet seat down. Does her business, and leaves.

Total work done is 1 (put back down)

Conclusion

Now, after a little math we can see how the current system is inherently flawed. Guys are stuck doing double duty. Always! Now how can that be fair? Why not share the work load gals? I don’t know who started this custom, but I’m willing to bet it was a woman. If it was a guy, he was a real ass kisser.

I say “Leave That Toilet Seat Up!

My boyfriend changed his entire way of life as he was used to it when he met me. He even puts down the toilet seat at restaurants now! I just thanked him after reading this article. And I really appreciate not falling in the toilet in the middle of the night when I don’t turn the lights on!
